Refunds & Cancellations

At Solertia Digital Solutions, we aim to keep our payment, cancellation, and refund process clear and straightforward. This policy explains the general approach applicable to our digital services.

1. Payments & Cancellations

Before starting a project, the scope of work, fees, payment schedule, deliverables, and other relevant terms may be agreed upon through a quotation, proposal, invoice, or service agreement.

Once work has started, cancellation requests may be subject to the work already completed and the costs already incurred for the project.

If you wish to cancel a service or project, please contact us as soon as possible through our official contact details.

For ongoing services such as Meta Ads management, Google Ads management, SEO, social media marketing, website maintenance, or other monthly services, cancellation terms may depend on the applicable proposal or service agreement.

Advertising budgets paid directly to platforms such as Meta or Google are separate from our professional service fees and are generally subject to the policies of the respective advertising platform.

2. Refunds

Because our services may involve time, planning, strategy, design, development, campaign management, research, and other work performed specifically for a client, refunds are considered based on the individual circumstances of the project.

Where a refund is applicable, the amount may take into account:

  • Work already completed
  • Services already delivered
  • Third-party costs already incurred
  • Advertising or platform charges
  • Other approved project-related expenses

Payments for work that has already been completed or delivered may not be refundable.

If a project has not yet started, or if only limited work has been completed, we may review the situation and determine whether a partial refund is appropriate.

Any refund, where approved, will normally be processed using the applicable payment method or another mutually agreed method.

3. Service Changes & Project Delays

If you need to change the scope of a project after work has started, the additional requirements may affect the project cost or timeline.

Similarly, delays in providing required content, information, approvals, access, or feedback may affect the delivery schedule.

We will try to communicate any significant changes that may affect the project before proceeding.

If we are unable to continue a project due to circumstances within our control, we will communicate with the client and discuss the appropriate next steps based on the work completed and the applicable agreement.

Our Approach

We believe payment and cancellation terms should be clear from the beginning. Before starting a project, we encourage clients to review the agreed scope, pricing, timeline, and applicable terms so that both parties have a clear understanding of the engagement.
